MongoDB is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the Atlas platform. This position can be based in our NYC HQ or fully remote within Eastern or Central time zones.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and at least 5 years of experience with critical systems. You will collaborate across teams to enhance our multi-cloud capabilities and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure high availability.
Salary range for this role is $127,000—$249,000 USD, with additional benefits like stock options and parental leave.
