Project Manager in Dallas, TX - JP

Manager prefers on-site in Dallas, TX (in office 3-5 days/week). Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p.

• Lead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI tools to enable scalable, future-ready communications capabilities.
• Spearhead development of AI-enabled, human-inspected agentic workflows that improve efficiency across Telecommunication Business communications.
• Support integration of technology platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, and future Mar Tech capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.

• Project Management Experience: Requires 2–3 years of experience with a proven track record. Strong organizational skills and the ability to align stakeholders on complex topics are vital.
• Location & Hybrid Schedule: Strongly preferred in Dallas, TX (HQ) with a requirement to be in-office 3–5 days per week. While the team will review top-tier talent from other locations, local or hybrid candidates will be given direct preference. No relocation assistance is available.
• Industry Background: Candidates with former telecommunications experience are a top priority.
• AI & Automation Tools: Highly preferred to have comfort and experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. While they are looking to evolve this into a fully agentic workflow, the PM doesn't need to be a backend developer—just someone highly comfortable with AI tools who can ideally help implement them rather than just use them.
• SharePoint Proficiency: Preferred to have enough functional knowledge to "be dangerous"—meaning they can build out the new intake forms and centralized archive, but they do not need deep backend engineering skills.
• Education & Certifications: A Bachelor's degree (ideally related to project management) and a PMP certification are preferred, but not strictly required as long as the candidate has a proven record of managing projects.
