REMOTE- Business Analyst​/Associate Project Manager

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Business Analyst/ Associate Project Manager to sit remote. You will primarily be tasked with leading multiple project streams across the client’s application portfolio. You will own business analyst tasks such as gathering requirements, building user stories, and driving the teams through project delivery. You will support projects end to end and provide collaboration across the portfolio to ensure updates and communication is occurring across various stakeholders.

You will track all related project financials and provide visibility to executive leadership on project updates and status. Additional tasks will include using ADO for project tracking/ user stories, partner with team leads to prioritize projects/ backlog properly, and drive initiatives around application modernization.

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Project management experience
• Experience leading application development projects around modernization, custom development
• Strong experience gathering requirements and building user stories
• Strong background in the various types of Agile and hybrid methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
• Well versed in PowerPoint for executive presentations, PowerBI for reporting, and Excel for project tracking
• Azure Dev Ops experience
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasting, and tracking Micro Focus experience
