Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions, including site collections, lists, libraries, and custom web parts.
- Build and maintain Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes and deliver insights.
- Implement governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards across Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations for scalability and reliability.
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and the Power Platform in an enterprise setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and security/ compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Power Apps canvas and model‑driven development, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reporting.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
