About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst specializing in Epic Willow Ambulatory. In this role, you will provide advanced application support, configuration, and optimization for pharmacy workflows within the ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic application issues and provide end user support.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy, IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
Job Details

Work schedule
:
Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE). Monday-Friday core business hours.

Location
:
Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional on-site needs.

Compensation
:
Starting salary $70,000/year plus opportunity for more based on relevant experience.

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with 340B software and data extraction methods.
  • Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations.
  • Epic Willow Ambulatory certification preferred. If not certified, successful completion within 3–6 months required.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; prior experience in Power BI or Epic tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
