Role Summary

Dev Ops Tech Lead at Baires Dev.

Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor an engineering team of front‑end and back‑end developers.
Design and implement full SDLC Dev Ops platforms, including CI/CD, configuration management, and containerization.
Create large‑scale blueprints and roadmaps for current and future infrastructure technology.
Lead teams in an engineering capacity, allocating tasks, estimating effort, and managing conflicts.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Dev Ops engineer.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and advanced design patterns.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and technology trade‑offs.
Experience with backend and frontend development, coding reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to communicate with clients, users, and stakeholders; advanced English proficiency.
