In a 'factory' logic, you will pilot end-to-end the global ECC to S/4
HANA conversion projects. Your main responsibilities:
- Piloting and Delivery: Frame, plan, and monitor the progress of global conversion projects in compliance with budgets, deadlines, and quality.
- Team Management: Coordinate the team of Conversion Factory consultants (functional experts in Finance/Logistics and technical/data experts) and animate the project dynamics.
- Governance and Client Relations: Ensure reporting to management, animate project/steering committees, and manage relationships with stakeholders (IT Directors, Program Directors, and Business Units).
- Role of SAP Expert: Able to challenge proposals, advise management, and guide technological and organizational choices.
- Active Involvement in Pre-Sales Activities of the Conversion Factory Project Directors: preparation of responses to calls for tenders, elaboration of quotations, and participation in presentations, to ensure continuity in client relations.
- Animation of Work Groups: Around the use of AI within the Conversion Factory.
You have at least 6 years of experience in SAP project management and have demonstrated your ability to conduct pre-sales and pilot SAP integration projects (FIORI, S/4 HANA, S/4 HANA cloud).
You understand the modes of operation, the challenges, the constraints, and identify the expectations of our clients. You have a taste for challenge and performance.
Finally, you know how to adapt your communication according to the interlocutors you address.
