Senior QA Developer

Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Developer with extensive NICE Nexidia experience for a remote contract opportunity with a state client. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and testing a Nexidia solution, including setting up queries, analytics, reports, and dashboards. You will also develop automated QA scripts, dashboards, reports, and queries to streamline the client's QA operations.

• Configure and customize NICE Nexidia for a state client implementation.
• Develop and implement automated QA scripts and test plans.
• Create and customize dashboards, reports, and queries within Nexidia.
• Validate call intent accuracy and QA scoring through thorough testing.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation.
• Work remotely and maintain effective communication.

• Extensive hands-on experience with NICE Nexidia development and configuration.
• Strong QA development skills, including automated testing.
• Proficiency in creating and customizing dashboards, reports, and queries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience working with public sector clients.
