Functional Consultant
Insight Global is currently seeking a Functional Consultant to support an enhancement project for a US-based utility client. The project is implementing enhancements to functionality that already exists for asset and work management. We are seeking a strong Functional Consultant who can take ownership implementing improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and quickly deliver value in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. The consultant will be partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, run workshops, and define future-state processes.
They will lead solutioning discussions, translate business needs into functional design documentation, and collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered. The role is highly collaborative and proactive—requiring strong communication, the ability to navigate a project environment, and ownership of deliverables from discovery through documentation and handoff to development teams. This is a fully remote position with the requirement to work in Eastern Standard Time.
