Position Summary:

The Marketing Intern will support the Inde Vets Marketing team with a focus on AI-assisted marketing operations, content, and research. This intern will gain hands-on exposure to how a modern marketing team uses AI tools to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and improve workflows — contributing to real projects while building a portfolio of work that reflects where marketing is headed.

Essential Responsibilities:

Use AI tools (primarily Claude) to assist with research, content drafts, and campaign summaries under team direction

Support documentation of AI-assisted workflows as the team builds and refines them

Conduct market and competitive research and summarize findings in clear, actionable memos

Help analyze campaign metrics and surface key findings for the team

QA outputs from AI workflows — flag inconsistencies, errors, or off-brand language

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas on how AI tools could improve team processes

Assist with content creation for email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral

Performs other related duties as assigned

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required AND

Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related degree program (sophomore or above), OR a recent graduate within 12 months

Experience:

Some familiarity with AI tools — especially Claude — preferred. You don't need to be an expert, but you should have used them for real tasks beyond basic chatting

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong written communication skills and attention to brand voice and tone

Curiosity about AI and how it applies to marketing — eager to learn and experiment in a structured environment

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts — email, paid media, social, or analytics

Organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

College credit arrangements:
Inde Vets will provide all required documentation including a signed internship agreement, supervisor evaluations, and hour logs. Students should confirm requirements with their institution and notify us at the time of application.

Location & Schedule Expectations:

Hybrid with 2 Days Remote and 1 Day In Office (Old City, Philadelphia)

24 hours per week
