Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Front Line Support (FLS) Engineer, fully remote, to join their technical support team. This role requires at least four years of technical support experience and strong customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate will address technical inquiries, manage case statuses, and maintain knowledge bases.
The position involves providing customer support with remote accessibility and includes occasional travel for onsite customer needs. A B.S. degree in Information Technology is preferred, alongside technical troubleshooting abilities.
