Key User Sap

We are looking for a Key User SAP to support operational teams in the use and optimization of information systems related to maintenance.

You animate and ensure the reliability of the use of the CMMS in your area, while ensuring the application of the defined standards.

Main missions:

• Manage requests for access to various systems linked to SAP: PM, MM, WM, BW, Dolmain, SAP DMS.
• Process requests for changes in parameters (special tables, costs…).
• Assist technicians in modifying basic data: technical posts, equipment, nomenclatures, articles, maintenance plans…
• Centralize and qualify user requests, then relay improvement needs to the central team.
• Provide first-level technical support to users.
• Conduct training sessions and support the upskilling of teams.
• Participate in quality audits of data and ensure the proper use of the system.
• Write and deploy best practices, lessons learned, and related materials for system evolutions.

Role and responsibilities:

• Ensure the application of PMOPS standards (PM, MM, WM, BW).
• Ensure document management (Dolmain, SAP DMS).
• Ensure uniformity of practices and user training.
• Contribute to the sharing of best practices with other Key Users.

If it’s you?

• You have a good knowledge of information systems, ideally SAP.
• An understanding of the fundamentals of industrial maintenance.
• You are comfortable in English in a professional context.
