We are looking for a sharp, bright, and organized individual for Computer Technical Support/Windows 10 Position. - Type
:
Part Time , Work from Home/ Remote - General hours
:
Approximately 6 hours per week - Location
:
You will be picking up the computers on Fridays, servicing the laptops and delivering them to the designated location on Monday
Requirement
- Have at least two years of experience with Windows 10 Troubleshooting
- Valid Driver License and transportation.
- Be familiar with basic troubleshooting, for example how to diagnose wifi connectivity, and if Windows doesn't boot up
- A+ or other certifications a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical work.
- "Get things done" Attitude.
- Be able to track tasks to completion
- Able to work under time pressure/deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening.
