Technical Program Manager - Growing B2B Startup
We are a high-growth, early-stage startup backed by a leading VC firm. We empower companies to go beyond Linked In recruiting hard-to-find and diverse talent. Our 300+ customers include Amazon, Microsoft, Twitter, and VMware.
We are looking for a talented Technical Program Manager (or Project Manager) to join our Engineering team. In this role you will have a wide variety of responsibilities focused on driving our product forward and extensive opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities- Design systems to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Project manage internal processes such as security and compliance.
- Define and manage the delivery of new end‑user features.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to help customers get the most out of Seek Out.
- Develop training content.
- 3+ years of experience managing software projects from idea to completion.
- A sense of empathy for customers and users.
- Strong design thinking.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Experience working at a startup preferred; willingness to apply a startup mentality in a larger organization also acceptable.
- Great attitude; friendly, low‑ego team player.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant technical experience.
- Bonus points for experience with search, AI, ML, NLP, UX design, HR tech, recruiting, or having been a hiring manager.
