In your role as Digital Analytics Tracking Specialist, you will work closely with our Digital Analytics Consultants. You will be responsible for the tag management and web analytics tracking setups as well as the consultation of our customers on technical topics related to digital analytics.

Your job at dentsu:

• You design tracking and measurement strategies for digital channels with a focus on tag management and web analytics systems and are the interface between business and IT.
• You advise our customers on technical topics and support their IT in tracking implementation (web, app & server-to-server).
• You support our Digital Analytics Consultants with technical topics of their customers and take over custom JavaScript codings.
• You are responsible for the validation and quality assurance of data collection.
• You monitor trends in the field of tracking, consent, browser restrictions, Mar Tech, and AI in digital analytics and proactively bring in ideas.
• You develop our technical standards and methods using new technological developments.

Your skills for dentsu:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of tracking and web technologies.
• Very good technical understanding of web technologies and related tracking topics (e.g., cookies and cookie-less, tracking methods, 1st/3rd party tracking, CNAME, APIs, server-side tracking, etc.).
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following solutions:
  Google Tag Manager, Tealium, technical workings of Google Analytics 4 or Mapp.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy getting involved in new technical developments (e.g., AI).
• Ideally, you have first experience with Big Query/cloud-based databases and SQL.
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
