Position: Employee Central Lead (Part-Time)-Remote

Employee Central Lead (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and certified Employee Central Lead for a part-time role to oversee the implementation of SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) for our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Central, with public sector experience being highly desirable. The role involves a commitment of three days per week, totaling 153 days over the contract period.

Location:

Remote / ~10% Travel to Florida

Duration:
August 19, 2024, to July 28, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Central Implementation:
    Lead the implementation of Employee Central for our U.S. operations, ensuring that the system is configured to meet the organization's needs.
  • People Profile Management:
    Oversee the setup and management of People Profiles within Employee Central, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.
  • Mash Up Integrations:
    Manage up to three Mash Up Integrations, facilitating seamless integration between Employee Central and other systems.
  • Point-to-Point Replication:
    Implement point-to-point replication to S4/Hana, ensuring data consistency and synchronization across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications:

    Must have current SAP Success Factors Employee Central certifications.
  • Experience:

    Demonstrated experience with Employee Central implementations, particularly within the public sector.
  • Skills:

    Strong understanding of Employee Central configuration, People Profile management, Mash Up Integrations, and point-to-point replication processes.
  • Travel:
    Ability to travel to Florida approximately 10% of the time.
