SAP ISU Billing Implementation Specialist
12+ years of experience in SAP ISU Billing Implementation and Support programs. Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America. Setup of Billing Master Data/Tariff Structure for Metered/Unmetered Installations. Integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module. Good experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print. Strong analytical skills of SAP ISU data. Analyzing issues in Billing & Invoicing process.
Experience in business functions such as meter reading, meter data management, scheduling, billing, invoicing, billing Rates Configuration. Defect analysis and issue resolution of support incidents. Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data. Awareness of latest technologies and trends. Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions. Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
