Job Title
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Develop prioritized roadmaps and functional requirements for products that will advance the organization's marketing & campaign management capabilities.
- Engage with a large team of technical resources (both internal & vendor related) to consistently deliver business functionalities on an Aprimo campaign management platform
- Work in close coordination with business stakeholders to capture business intent & requirements
- Ensure on-time & high-quality deliverables from team
- Work with technical resources to convert business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead the business requirements gathering phase of the project
- Develop wireframes for information delivery (reports & dashboards)
- Ensure alignment of technical products with business goals
- Develop detailed user stories (including well-defined Definition of Done & Definition of Complete)
- Develop well-defined acceptance criteria for technical products
- Participate in identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Manage data sharing and logic with internal and external partners
Skills /
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a BSA working with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and create user stories for Marketing & Integration specific initiatives (specifically supporting director, VP, C-Suite level executives)
- Previous experience working with technical teams to write up tech specs
- Ability to use Jira to document user stories
- Previous experience completing field mapping
- Strong knowledge and understanding of data, data integration/interfaces and data warehouses
- Knowledge and understanding of how to run simple queries to analyze raw data
- Previous experience creating reports in Tableau, Power BI, or any other reporting source
- Strong documentation skills
- Previous use and strong understanding of tools such as MSFT Visio, Draw.
IO, or equivalent
Experience in the casino, gaming and/or hospitality required. Additional skills: JIRA, Teams, Agile project management/user stories, Casino experience. Basic qualification:
