The QA Insights Team focuses on providing key data insights to our colleagues in QA. You will be a leading member of the team delivering accurate and timely data‑driven analysis to stakeholders, allowing them to make informed decisions for the success of QA and our learners. You will lead a team of BI Analysts, supporting their development and building skill sets to deliver against our business roadmaps.

• Interpret and visualise data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop the capability of individuals within the Analysis team, sharing knowledge and technical expertise to improve data analysis at departmental level.
• Line‑manage Junior and BI Analysts, helping grow their experience and enhance their future potential for career aspirations.
• Leverage the team to deliver fast‑paced and effective responses to ad hoc analysis requests and queries.
• Manage BI Roadmap delivery, ensuring resource availability and appropriate effort planning is in place prior to sprints.
• Act as a bridge between business functions and IT, ensuring clarity of requirements for our IT team and collaborating to develop and improve underlying data.
• Contribute to the development of our data repository, translating business use and processes into technical delivery while continuing our philosophy of single‑source reporting.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to help prioritise business information needs.
• Locate, define, and implement new process‑improvement opportunities.

• Experience in IT, with a focus on being a winner in the digital revolution.
• Extensive experience with BI tools in a medium to large enterprise, with 5+ years’ experience in a data‑analytic role.
• Experience in a change environment is essential; you will be an advocate for change and collaborate with stakeholders to progress change.

• Experience producing trend and pattern analysis to track data journeys.

• Experience with Power BI; knowledge of similar software (Tableau, Looker, Qlik) is a plus.
