Zoho Developer Position

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Zoho developer that is experienced in Deluge and development of custom functions and APIs on Zoho creator and experienced in integrating external applications and a suite of enterprise Zoho One applications. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to telework / remote / Work from Home (During and even after COVID). Work hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop custom APIs, methods, and functions as a software developer
• Implementation, customization, and administration of suite of enterprise Zoho applications including Recruit, CRM, Cliq, People, Zoho Mail, and more.
• Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho
• Design. Develop and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows
• Train users on how to effectively use the Zoho applications. Create required training material /guidelines for the users, as needed
• Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns
• Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates
• Provide System admin / IT support to users
• Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho
• Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes
• Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization.
• Review and analyze the data on Zoho on a daily basis, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and work with the users to help resolve the discrepancies.
• Manage access and control of users
• Generate required daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Mentor and cross-train other team members

Required Skills:

• Experienced in:
  Custom Zoho development using Zoho Creator (Minimum 2 Years)
• Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or Zoho People development
  - Minimum 2 Years
• Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or Zoho People implementation or customization
  - Minimum 2 Years

Preferred Skills (Not required but strongly preferred):
Certified Zoho Developer Experienced working as an IT Support Engineer or System Administrator (2+ years) Demonstration of Sample code using Github/bitbucket/stack exchange etc. Prior experience working in a virtual environment. Prior experience working independently without oversight Understanding of US IT contracting, recruitment, and staffing
