Salesforce Senior Architect

We are looking for Salesforce Senior Architects to join our team. This role includes:

• Defining the global technical vision of Salesforce programs.
• Leading the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
• Making strategic Make-vs-Buy decisions.
• Designing the scalability and resilience strategy.
• Establishing data governance at an organizational level.
• Developing the technical roadmap for 3 years.
• Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers as required by the project.

Requirements:

• +7 years of experience in Salesforce (4 or more as an Architect in complex projects).
• CTA certification (desirable) or System Architect + Application Architect.
• Leadership of Salesforce programs in LATAM.
• CTA Board domains.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman).
• Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
• Einstein AI applied to the insurance sector.
• API-first and Fin Ops strategy.
• Knowledge of languages is valued.
