This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.

The Role
  • Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and data models to support Total Rewards strategy across Compensation and Benefits.

  • Apply analytical frameworks and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and identify opportunities for optimization, redesign, and future investment.
  • Enable a shift from reactive reporting to a proactive, insight-driven model by identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities across compensation, benefits, and workforce data.
  • Diagnose, design, and deliver analytics for compensation cycles, benefits analysis, pay equity, transparency reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure strong data governance, data quality, and audit readiness across Total Rewards analytics, including alignment with privacy, compliance, and internal controls requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing automation and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling), and new technologies to solve for reoccurring challenges and improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

  • Deep familiarity with HR systems and data structures (e.g., Workday), including experience working with large, multi-country datasets and navigating data governance and privacy requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that inform strategic decision-making across Total Rewards and the business.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to design, evaluate, and optimize reward programs.
