As a Power Platform/Copilot (Senior) Technical Consultant, you will work on AI-supported solution approaches and agent scenarios in a field that we are expanding from exploration to productive customer solutions. You will translate complex requirements into robust solutions, develop architectural target images and actively shape the technical implementation in projects. Depending on the project, you will take on technical responsibility and expand your role towards technical lead.

The focus is on solution design, architecture and technical workshops. Your primary focus will be in your region, with nationwide deployments possible depending on the project.

• You will work on projects around Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse and take on technical responsibility as needed.
• You will analyze requirements, prioritize together with the customer and project team and develop robust solution and architecture concepts for productive and scalable solutions in an enterprise context.
• You will be responsible for solution design, technical quality and the introduction of applications, automations and agent scenarios.
• You will lead technical workshops, provide technical guidance in the project and work closely with technical consultants, (Dev Ops) engineers, developers and project managers.
• You will move in Greenfield, Brownfield or adoption scenarios depending on the project.
• You will join the implementation as needed, when it makes sense in the project or when you want to set technical priorities.
• You will support technical (pre-)sales as needed, but the focus remains on consulting and delivery.

• Several years of solid project experience in the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• You have experience in translating complex requirements into robust architecture and solution concepts and have ideally already taken on technical responsibility in projects or want to develop in this direction.
• You have very good practical experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse as well as in integrations via APIs and connectors; experience with Copilot or Copilot Studio is a plus.
• You have a solid understanding of governance, ALM and the safe scaling of productive solutions.
• You are confident in technical workshops and stakeholder management and communicate confidently in German and English.
• You bring willingness to travel for customer projects. Where the project allows, we focus on a pragmatic, preferably regional planning and include remote work.
• Negotiable German and English skills in speech and writing are essential.
