Senior UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant
Location:
Remote (Preferred) / Orlando, FL 32801
Duration:
Through year-end with possible extensions
Work Schedule:
Normal business hours (additional support required during go-live)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and support UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Cloud migration projects.
- Configure, test, validate, and deploy UKG WFM solutions.
- Configure and validate pay rules, work rules, overtime, premium pay, leave accruals, attendance policies, and scheduling.
- Support UKG Data Hub, Analytics, Reporting, and Security configuration.
- Develop, validate, and troubleshoot API and file-based integrations.
- Integrate UKG WFM with People Soft HCM/Payroll.
- Perform payroll validation, interface testing, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide post-implementation knowledge transfer.
- Minimum 5 years of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) and/or UKG Workforce Central (WFC) experience.
- Hands-on experience migrating UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Cloud.
- Experience implementing UKG solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Accruals, Reporting, Analytics, and Data Hub.
- Experience configuring Pay Rules, Work Rules, Holiday Rules, Overtime Rules, Premium Pay, Leave Rules, Attendance Policies, and Security Roles.
- Experience with API and file-based integrations.
- Experience integrating UKG with People Soft HCM/Payroll.
- Public sector, government, or unionized workforce experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
