About the RoleWe're looking for an AI Tools Trainer to join our team full-time and lead hands-on, engaging enablement programs for non-technical professionals. You don't need a traditional tech background; what matters is that you know AI tools deeply, can communicate complex ideas clearly, and genuinely enjoy helping people learn.
You might be a designer, analyst, PM, marketer, or business consultant who has developed serious AI fluency. If you can make AI practical and accessible for business audiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Develop, customize, and deliver AI training sessions for diverse audiences across industries and experience levels
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable learning for non-technical professionals
- Design and facilitate hands-on exercises that help learners apply AI tools to real business scenarios
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends, weaving relevant examples and case studies into every session
- Collaborate with the Machine & Minds team to continuously improve training materials and methodology
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout the AI enablement program
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to apply AI tools to real-world business problems and explain the "why" behind them
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team
- Solid understanding of AI principles, capabilities, and limitations
- Hands-on experience with AI creative and/or productivity tools (e.g., Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
- Awareness of current business and technology trends
- Proven experience developing and delivering training, workshops, or webinars
- Track record of applying AI solutions in a business context
- Public-facing presence: publications, speaking engagements, or active community contributions are a strong plus
