Aspire Health Partners is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Quality Data Analyst to support our mission of delivering high‑quality behavioral health services. As a Quality Data Analyst, you will work closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to evaluate performance, support quality initiatives, and ensure data integrity across the organization.
What You'll Do
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze healthcare and quality performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights that support informed decision‑making and operational excellence.
- Utilize data analytics to measure outcomes and track organizational performance.
Internal Auditing & Compliance
- Conduct internal audits across clinical and administrative departments.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data‑driven corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor audit findings and resolutions.
Quality Improvement
- Assist in designing and executing quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analyses and help develop sustainable corrective action plans.
- Monitor progress, measure results, and report findings to leadership.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
- Support the integration, optimization, and ongoing use of quality and compliance‑related IT systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for data systems, reporting tools, and quality processes.
- Train staff on audit procedures, data reporting practices, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, IT systems, internal auditing, or quality management within a healthcare environment.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Power BI experience strongly preferred.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality, Auditing, or related discipline.

Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain:
