The Business Planning team is part of the Experience & Digital Marketing organization (EDM). As EDM brings an increasing number of capabilities in-house, Business Planning plays a critical role in coordinating and driving the integration, sequencing, and delivery of work streams into the broader portfolio. This is delivered through (1) management of EDM’s integrated business plan, roadmap, and portfolio of work, (2) mobilization and delivery management of large-scale, cross-functional programs and production that support EDM’s strategic goals and activations, (3) synthesis and packaging of complex work into clear plans and narratives, and (4) the empowerment of EDM employees to organically grow, connect, and collaborate to achieve business outcomes.

What great looks like in this role:

You are a motivated, energetic, adaptable, and extremely detail-oriented candidate who can seamlessly plan, coordinate, and drive a diverse portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs and activations — from enterprise-level roadmap planning and resource alignment to production coordination, delivery tracking and OKR reporting. You think at the portfolio level: understanding how individual programs connect, where dependencies exist, and how sequencing decisions impact campaign needs.

Examples of programs include in-house creative and content production, cross-channel campaign activation, Mar Tech & Digital Experience Platform enablement, and modernization efforts.

You are eager to engage with and listen to employees and partners of all levels, bringing passion, strategic planning detail, and thoughtfulness to every interaction. You have strong teamwork skills, excellent written and verbal communications, and the capacity to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization. You have a firm handle on leading meetings, solving problems & proposing solutions, facilitating workshops & synthesizing outputs, and asking questions.

You take initiative and you are a process-oriented problem solver & critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple efforts and balance work strategically. You have incredibly strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment, including proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead EDM portfolio planning and delivery across assigned programs, defining multi-year roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, investment sequencing, and resource strategies to ensure the portfolio advances EDM's business plan and OKR framework.

Coordinate production planning across in house creative, content, and technology teams, ensuring production requirements, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs are incorporated into portfolio plans and activation strategies.

Connect the dots across programs and portfolios of work, identifying how strategy, roadmap decisions, resource allocation, and program outcomes collectively support EDM business objectives, while surfacing tradeoffs, opportunities, and downstream implications.

Facilitate cross functional planning, governance, and decision making across stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, milestones, dependencies, and business outcomes through workshops, planning sessions, and executive discussions.
