DNP Agile Technical Coach

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to influence and coach teams towards agile maturity and psychological safety.
• Collaborate with program coaches to support teams in adopting agile methodologies and practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for agile adoption and scaling across the organization.
• Provide training and mentorship to colleagues on agile principles and methodologies.
• Facilitate positive change by advising on technical direction and agile practices.
• Promote a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and quality assurance at all levels.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer technology, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in coaching and leading agile transformations.
• Strong background in software development and agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills for leading team meetings and facilitating sessions.
• Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA and a growth mindset for learning new concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coaching certification such as Certified Team Coach or Agile Certified Professional.
• Experience with Dev Ops principles and agile development techniques like TDD and BDD.
• Familiarity with pair programming and agile testing practices.
