Advanced Imprivata Administrator

Description
- Serve as the SME the Imprivata One Sign environment supporting 15,000+ users
- Manage SSO, application profiling, Tap-and-Go authentication, and overall platform administration
- Troubleshoot complex authentication and access issues while supporting enterprise-wide deployments
- Administer Imprivata infrastructure, monitor platform health, and drive automation and optimization efforts
- Partner with Epic TS teams, infrastructure teams, and clinical stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience
- Support a large-scale healthcare environment with a focus on security, efficiency, and platform adoption

- Experience administering Imprivata within a large enterprise environment supporting thousands of end users; experience supporting 15,000+ users strongly preferred

- Familiarity with high-availability and load-balanced Imprivata environments preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills supporting Tier 2/3 authentication and access issues
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering with cross-functional teams

The pay range for this position is $90667.00 - $117853.00/yr.
