Service Desk Technician
This remote contract position involves providing front-line technical support to various locations with unique infrastructure needs. Responsibilities include responding to technical support requests, documenting tickets, and troubleshooting issues across IT areas. Proficiency in generic technology platforms is required.
Provide exceptional customer experiences through quality service and empathy. Utilize and contribute to documentation to resolve hardware and software issues. Support hardware troubleshooting and connectivity issues for various devices. Manage remote desktop and network configurations. Handle basic LAN and WAN troubleshooting, including network devices and connectivity.
Two years' experience in a technical support or customer service role. Technical degree or relevant certifications preferred. Experience with service management platforms is a plus. Certifications in general IT support areas are advantageous.
