IT Consultant
Job Title
This job post is rattaché to the pôle Digital Marketing Platform, at the heart of activities aimed at designing and deploying personalized interactions between brands and their customers. The pôle brings together three departments:
- Consulting Martech: framing client needs (use cases, operating model, organization, processes, application ecosystem).
- Integration: development and implementation of solutions on the main platforms of the market (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Imagino, etc.).
- Activation: management and orchestration of marketing campaigns on owned channels (email, SMS, push, RCS, Whats App, etc.).
- Coordinate commercial and technical responses on the pôle topics.
- Organize and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Qualify client needs (issues, maturity, technology stack, organization, constraints).
- Build the commercial storytelling: value proposition, red thread, business benefits, and client impact.
- Supervise the writing of offers (structuring, pricing, project plan, methodological approach).
- Prepare and lead oral presentations with impact and coherence (content, tone, visuals).
- Ensure the quality and overall consistency of proposals (content and form).
- Build and update commercial offers (use cases, value propositions, packaging).
- Develop pre-sales assets: presentations, client cases, templates, argumentations.
- Collaborate with publisher partners (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Imagino, Notify, Reelevant…) to co-build joint offers.
- Act as a business conductor between Consulting, Integration, and Activation.
- Work closely with department directors.
- Mastery of the Mar Tech / CRM / Activation ecosystem (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze…).
- Excellent skills in coordination, communication, and commercial storytelling.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- English required (written and spoken).
