Job Summary

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Division of Business and Finance (DBF), is seeking a skilled and collaborative Sr. Business Analyst to join the Central Payroll team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between Central Payroll, the state's enterprise resource planning system (AZ360 HRM), and various State agencies, providing critical technical support and functional analysis for both human resource management and financial payroll operations.

Across our many agencies, boards, and commissions, many State employees participate in the State’s Remote Work Program and are able to work remotely in their homes, in offices, and in hoteling spaces.
