Staffing Management Group is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician (Level
2) in Carlsbad, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in IT service desk roles, especially within an MSP environment. Responsibilities include handling escalated ticket resolutions and providing both remote and on-site support.
The technician will be deeply involved in user onboarding, server and network support, and collaborating effectively with senior engineers to elevate complex issues. This is a full-time role in a local MSP focused on providing excellent IT solutions.
