Information Technology Manager

A leading tech company in Washington is seeking an experienced Indian IT Manager to oversee our team of IT professionals. As an Indian IT Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT team and ensure efficient functioning of all systems
• Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency and security
• Manage network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches and firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues that arise
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop budgets for IT operations and monitor expenses
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols and data backup/recovery procedures
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team

We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month for this position.

This position is based in Washington but remote work options may be available for the right candidate.
