Analyst, Project Controls, Risk Management & EVM; Hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Transmission Project Controls, Risk Management & EVM team. The role, based in Hookset, NH, assists in creating project management reporting solutions and result analysis to support the business needs of our Risk Management & EVM Group.

• Meet with internal customers to understand their business needs, identify best‑practice solutions, and define report requirements.
• Gain a clear understanding of end‑user workflow and utilize a variety of Risk, EVM, and performance reports to validate results, reconcile discrepancies, and develop actionable solutions based on changes in project performance data.
• Create useful reports with actionable information, generate bi‑monthly Project Controls Summary reports, and design, implement, and maintain reports, dashboards, and other business‑intelligence tools.
• Monitor performance reports, perform forensic deep‑dive analysis of performance changes, make recommendations to optimize or improve project execution, and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in resolving data discrepancies between Project Controls reports and other sources.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and end‑user manuals.

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Flow), Primavera P6 Professional, EPPM, or OPC, Microsoft Excel and Access development.
• Proficiency with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming, including analysis, debugging, and enhancement of existing VBA applications.
• Exposure to Gateway services and handling user and app security.
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to contribute independently and as part of a team.
• A high‑level understanding of the organization’s business systems and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Three (3) to five (5) years of business and technical experience.

Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments as required.

Must be available to travel between MA, CT, and NH as necessary.

Eversource offers hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work, and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office—including Tuesdays and Wednesdays—with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. Guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and may change based on managerial discretion and work performance.

Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The position is eligible for a potential incentive. The annual salary range for this position is: $92,700.00–$.

Responding to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs is part of every employee’s role. If employed, you will be given an emergency restoration assignment and may be called to assist during an emergency outside of your normal responsibilities, work hours, and location.
