Mercor is looking for Internet-Native Bilingual Evaluator Experts (Spanish–English) to help evaluate and annotate AI outputs related to online communication and culture. This role will require a deep familiarity with Spanish internet culture, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work 10–20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assessing AI-generated content for cultural relevance and fluency, developing evaluation standards, and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
