Location: St. Louis
Maximus is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma and 0-1 years of experience.
Responsibilities include assisting with desktop support, problem resolution, and documenting issues in a ticketing system. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Full-time candidates must be available Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
