We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations. The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end Business Central implementations, gather business requirements, configure solutions and work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes across finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, production, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support full‑cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend best‑practice solutions.
- Design and execute data migration, testing, user training, and go‑live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop functional design documents and process workflows.
- Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Hands‑on experience with at least 2 full‑cycle Business Central implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Experience gathering requirements and conducting workshops with business users.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Metals, Industrial Equipment, or Process Manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Production Planning, BOMs, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Operations, and Quality Management.
- Experience integrating Business Central with third‑party applications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
