Business Process Consultant (BPC)
We are looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in Service Now and a solid understanding of business process management in an agile delivery environment. As a BPC, you bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, helping clients optimize and advise on Service Now platform usage, improve processes, and deliver value through innovative solutions. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and project managers across all the modules available.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear Service Now solutions.
- Support clients in process analysis, optimization, and documentation in alignment with Service Now best practices
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
- Assist in building user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Agile / SAFe delivery.
- Provide functional expertise across Service Now modules depending on project needs.
- Participate in testing, UAT support, and training sessions to ensure adoption and user enablement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant in Service Now projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; exposure to other modules like HR or SPM is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Service Now platform at functional/consulting level (configuration knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to quickly understand the clients' industry
- Fluent in English;
German is an advantage.
