FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Business Systems Analyst Specialists
- Payment System Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limits, operation time and desired results. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Influence business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation; or Master’s degree in the above fields and seven (7) years of experience. Experience must include end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, other modern approaches), Agile methodology (SAFe, Kanban), use of Jira, Aha, Clarity, solution design and requirements definition with model-driven design tools, business process modeling, use cases, payment systems knowledge (Payments, Payment Processors, Payment Networks, Digital Payments), Microsoft SQL, data mapping, SQL querying, and coding principles.
