Production Engineer, Security Engineering

As a Production Engineer in Security, you’ll ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our security systems and cloud platform.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available security‑related infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies.
• Develop automation and monitoring solutions to proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance, reduce latency, and improve service uptime.
• Participate in incident management, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in reliability and security engineering and infrastructure management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, Dev Ops, security engineering, security operations, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud‑native technologies.
• Expertise in automation and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience managing large‑scale distributed systems and ensuring their reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The typical compensation range for this role is $190,000–$282,000 annually, based on market location and individual qualifications.
