As a Staff Data Scientist, Marketing Inference at Better Help, you will extract insights from vast datasets and partner proactively with marketing to identify and test data-driven ideas that boost efficiency. You will contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining key marketing models such as a Bayesian Marketing Mix Model and Multi-Touch Attribution model. Additionally, you will monitor marketing uplift tests with statistical rigor, present findings, and guide data-informed marketing decisions.
