Your future starts here. We develop, integrate, and operate the virtual IMS platforms for Swisscom Voice Services. As part of a motivated Dev Ops team, you will contribute to stable, high‑quality communication across mobile and fixed networks using modern technologies.

• Develop, integrate, and operate the IMS platform.
• Automate existing processes using SRE and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure stable end‑to‑end service operations by identifying and resolving issues.
• Use modern technologies and actively contribute to the further development of our voice platform.

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in IT or equivalent practical experience in IT or telecommunications.
• Experience operating and analyzing mobile or fixed network infrastructures using VoIP protocols (SIP, Diameter, DNS) and IP networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance‑analysis skills in complex networks using telecom‑specific tools (e.g., trace/probe systems, network protocol analysis).
• Interest in modern ways of working and technologies such as cloud integration in telco environments, automation, CI/CD, and scripting (e.g., Python).
• Ability to ensure stable operations including testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical documentation, with willingness to participate in on‑call duty and night work.
• Enthusiasm for new topics, openness to change, willingness to learn and actively contribute experience to the team.
• Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive forward new and inspiring solutions.
• Good English skills;
  German is an advantage.
