Syntax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP SD Public Cloud Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD Public Cloud solutions. This role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in SAP SD and a basic understanding of SAP Finance, who is eager to grow their expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and cross‑functional teams to help deliver reliable, business‑aligned solutions for Syntax clients.

• Support the implementation of SAP SD Public Cloud solutions across a range of client projects.
• Assist with configuring SAP SD to align with business requirements and process needs.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing solution maintenance.
• Provide first‑level support for SAP SD issues and help troubleshoot functional and technical challenges.
• Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth operation of SAP Public Cloud systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate reports and supporting materials for internal teams and client stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in training end‑users on SAP SD functionality, processes, and best practices.
• Stay current with SAP SD Public Cloud features, updates, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, IT, and other cross‑functional teams to support project delivery and issue resolution.
• Partner with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and operational priorities.

• 3–4 years of experience working with SAP SD and/or SAP Public Cloud.
• Basic understanding of SAP Finance functionalities and related business processes.
• Hands‑on experience supporting implementation, configuration, or maintenance activities in SAP SD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and accurately.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to quality and follow‑through.

• Experience supporting SAP SD Public Cloud projects in a client‑facing environment.
• Exposure to system upgrades, enhancements, and end‑user support activities.
• Familiarity with cross‑functional processes involving Finance, Logistics, and IT.
• Experience preparing user documentation, process guides, or training materials.
• An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI‑enabled services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certification in SD, SAP Public Cloud, or related areas is a plus.
• Additional SAP training or professional development in Finance or cloud‑based solutions is preferred.
