As a Hosting Service Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of selected Hosting Services provided by IT Services to DHL Group entities / corporate functions. You will also Act as a Hosting Service Owner, responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day service delivery, enhancements to operational performance, efficiency and service level attainment, and responds to customer escalations when required.
• Assist in advising and influencing business clients and customers at management level regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems and develop effective partnerships with them.
• Be responsible for management of customer expectations and stakeholder management in close cooperation with the relevant account and product managers.
• Work with project managers, provide feedback and guidance on implementation of future hosting services.
• Balance the need to proactively improve the service provided, with the everyday need to meet the SLA and keep customer confidence.
• Strong analytical thinking and very good communication skills
• Good time-management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to achieve goals and deadlines
• Knowledge of top DHL Group business applications
• Effective communication with strong influencing and relationship building skills
• Strong in decision making
• Technical background in various platforms

Hi, my name is Ales Kruzik and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2006, when I took a role as Service desk agent in the Service desk team. Gaining more hands-on experience with customer interface has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Hosting team team. In 2015, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Service ownership Europe.
Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – hosting. Looking forward to having you onboard!
