As a Consultant Technico-fonctionnel Dynamic Process 360, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in their digital transformation initiatives around the orchestration of business processes, functional architecture and cross-cutting IT foundations.

Your role will allow you to intervene in several contexts:

- Accompany our clients in the structuring and coherence of their business processes, bringing expertise in Bpm / Case Management, functional architecture and digitalization.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our Dynamic Process 360 IP, particularly on the aspects of framing, modeling, structuring of digital foundations (EDM, workflow, API, exchange platforms, portals…).

- Participate in pre-sales activities, by intervening in client meetings, contributing to value propositions, and providing an expert view on Bpm solutions on the market (Pega, Camunda, Appian, Service Now, etc.).

- Support our clients in their projects to evolve processes, by bringing height of view, analysis capacity and structured recommendations, in a logic of IT consulting and continuous improvement.

With a higher education degree (engineering school, business or university), you have at least 5 years of experience in functional framing, business process modeling and/or functional architecture, ideally acquired in digital transformation contexts. You have developed a solid understanding of IT issues and a confirmed appetite for topics related to Bpm, digital foundations and pre-sales approaches. Your skills are as follows:

- Enterprise / functional architecture: ability to take height on IT issues.

- Digital foundations: understanding of cross-cutting bricks (EDM, dematerialization, workflow, Bpm, Case Management…).

- Business needs analysis: ability to challenge, structure and prioritize expectations.

- Framing & workshops: mastery of the animation of workshops and the formalization of impactful syntheses.

- It Consulting Deliverables: production of clear, structured and decision-oriented documents.

- Ai Culture: minimal polish on Ai and its concrete uses.

- Agentic Automation: appetite for approaches to automation augmented by Ai.
