Your tasks:

• Eigenverantwortliche Einführung von ORBIS-Applikationen mit Fokus auf Patientenadministration
• Umsetzung der Abläufe des Geschäftsprozesses Administration von der administrativen Aufnahme ambulanter und stationärer Patienten über die Kostensicherung, Abrechnungsvorbereitung und Leistungsabrechnung bis hin zu administrativen Statistiken. Hinsichtlich der Abrechnungsfunktionen verwendest Du schwerpunktmäßig das neue ORBIS-Framework IBIL
• Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden setzt Du erfolgreich Prozessoptimierungen um und gestaltest im Team zukunftsweisende und moderne Abläufe im Krankenhaus

Your profile:

• Du hast Freude an Projektarbeit im Team und Interesse an einer flexiblen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit?
• Du hast idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Krankenhaus oder in der Sozialversicherung, ein Betriebswirtschafts-/Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung?
• Du weist günstigenfalls Berufserfahrung in einem der Bereiche stationäre und/oder ambulante Patientenadministration auf?
• Der Umgang mit modernster IT und deren Organisationsmitteln schreckt Dich nicht ab und ein aufgeschlossenes sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden ist für Dich selbstverständlich?
• Du verfügst über eine hohe Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 80% D-A-CH-weit) und hast vielleicht sogar Erfahrung im Projektmanagement?
