Maximus is hiring for a remote Helpdesk Support position that provides critical assistance to the Medicare Provider community. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The role involves providing technical support, installing and configuring systems, and assisting with advanced technical issues. Training in customer support or call center experience is preferred. The position is fully remote and requires passing a CMS client vetting process.
