Technical Application Support Analyst; Core Director

Senior Technical Application Support Analyst

Location: Remote position within approximately a 70‑mile radius of Springfield, MO or Monett, MO.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Ensure all implementation projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Perform detailed analysis to develop automation specifications and define system and functional requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions to support the implementation of new products and services.
• Troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with the programming team to ensure changes are successfully deployed to production.
• Update and maintain documentation to accurately reflect system modifications, including changes and newly introduced parameters resulting from software releases or updates.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of IT experience providing technical troubleshooting or technical support.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Ability to work after hours and on weekends for server upgrades and replacements as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for implementations, trainings or meetings.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a CIS-related discipline.
• Experience with Power Shell scripting.
• Jack Henry Core Director application experience.
• SSL Certificate management.
