IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Job Description
This role is heavily customer-facing and design-focused, with significant time spent in meetings guiding Healthy Planet strategy, architecture, and optimization across the enterprise. The architect will partner closely with stakeholders to align quality measures, support ongoing maintenance, and help organizations approach their environment as if it were a new install— even within mature Epic instances. Day to day, this person will balance leadership and execution, mentoring team members, influencing design decisions, and owning overall project delivery while operating without direct reports.
The role is ideal for someone stepping into leadership who still enjoys hands‑on technical work.

- Architect-level Epic Healthy Planet expertise with a deep understanding of tools, configuration, and overall architecture
- 7+ years of Epic Healthy Planet experience
- Epic Healthy Planet certification
- Strong ability to lead customer conversations, confidently answering functionality and design questions
- Acts as a technical leader and trusted advisor for both customers and internal teams
- Ability to translate technical design into operational value, helping customers understand real-world workflow impact
- Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows and broader Epic architecture, including Care Everywhere
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑facing presence
- Leadership mindset with the ability to positively influence and mentor other; ability to own Q&A sessions and guide customers through complex decisions
